The Chef will do his best to organize your private lunch or dinner according to your availability. After preparing most of the meal in his kitchen, he will arrive with the preparations cooked at 95% and will finish the remaining 5% directly in your kitchen (Rentals & Homes) when it is time to serve the meal. He will also take the opportunity to set the table. To do this, he plans to arrive 1 to 2 hours before the desired meal time, a duration that varies depending on the menu and the number of people present.
At the end of the meal, Chef Clément will put the kitchen in order and leave the set clean. It takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes between the end of the meal and the departure of the chef; The time to recover his equipment.
Together, you will discuss the menu. Your private chef at home will send you a first proposal until the set will perfectly work for you. The menu will consist of a starter, main course and dessert. An aperitif may also be prepared on demand. Private chef’s service does not include drinks.
For a meal at home, the service includes the table service. The Chef will serve you on plates. Please, notice that the Chef brings all of his equipment but not the plates and cutlery for the service. He will use your dishes.
The Chef likes to travel. He travels up to 200 kilometers (125 miles) around Aix-en-Provence, in 8 departments. From Monaco to Montpellier via Aix-en-Provence, Nimes, Avignon, Manosque, Draguignan, Toulon, Cannes and of course Marseille, he will undoubtedly come to your home. Contact him for your personal demand; Chef must be able to park at your home.
The Chef can offer you a friendly meal around a giant paella (Mixed with chicken, mussels, shrimps and squid) cooked and served for example near your swimming pool? It is ideal for a large number of people and to also enjoy the chef. Other family dishes can be suggested but in the Mediterranean, everyone loves paella.
