Chef Clément is pleased to welcome you to the most professional kitchen you can find in Provence. Equipped with the latest generation of professional equipment and supplied with all the equipment you may need to cook, La Fabbrik du Goût workshop is located near Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes by car from outside Aix or 15 minutes from the heart of the city center (GPS points: 43.545152, 5.367014).
You will find a luxurious, spacious, bright and comfortable kitchen for your cooking class of approximately 3h – 3h30 followed by the tasting on site of approximately 1 hour. A pastry formula with take-away creations is also available.
Parking is available on site and you also have a bus line that allows you to arrive from Aix-en-Provence (a few minutes of walking are to be expected if you take the bus).
Due to these few minutes of distance from the city center of Aix en Provence, the market tour is not available for this workshop; indeed, it is too restrictive in terms of organization. All the products will therefore have been purchased by the Chef before your arrival.
Feel at home at La Fabbrik du Goût, drinks will be at your disposal, a large tasting room will allow you to enjoy your meal indoors or outdoors with our magnificent terrace if the weather permits.
Thanks to its large capacity, its double worktops and sufficient equipment, Chef Clément is able to accommodate groups of up to 25 people whether for team building, a group of vacationers, cruise passengers, or to celebrate any special event (birthday, end-of-year party, hen party).
Everything you need is on site and options will be offered depending on the number of people.
During his cooking classes, Chef Clément makes sure to involve as many participants as possible; no one is left on the sidelines. If the group is large, 6 to 8 teams can be formed and these teams will carry out all the preparations in their entirety. Sometimes, certain themes will not be suitable for being divided into teams, in this case, we will all move forward together in making the recipes: Some will cut, others will knead the dough, others will emulsify the sauces. With Chef Clément, you NEVER get bored.
His cooking classes are the most complete you can find. You will do everything from A to Z; the Chef will be your coach and the meal will depend on you! (Well… a little bit of the Chef too!)

La Fabbrik du Gout workshop is much larger, more spacious and equipped compared to the one in Aix-en-Provence which will be more authentic, smaller and less well equipped.
